About

We are a technology firm built by people who have sat where you sit — answerable for systems that had to keep working. That history is the reason we take on a deliberately short list of work, and why we are careful about how we do them.

Most of us came to Zenith Tech Works from the other side of these engagements — running an ERP the business had outgrown, owning software that fought the people using it, or carrying a delivery date with a team already stretched thin.

We know what it is to inherit a stalled rollout, to read reports nobody quite trusts, and to explain to a board why an integration that worked last quarter has gone brittle. That experience is not a sales line. It is the reason we are careful about what we promise and how we work.

A firm that claims to do everything tends to be thin everywhere — and that thinness lands on the client, months later.

What that history changes

Having been accountable for these systems ourselves, we plan for the parts that usually go wrong — the data that never migrates cleanly, the process nobody documented, the handover that quietly never happens.

So we agree scope before the work begins and keep it visible as it moves. We put experienced people directly on your work rather than behind layers of account management. And we treat the system going live as the start of our responsibility, not the end of it.

A short list, done deliberately

We keep our list of services deliberately short. A firm that claims to do everything tends to be thin everywhere, and the cost of that thinness lands on the client months later.

Each of the things we do can stand alone, or sit within one engagement, so that responsibility does not fall into the gaps between separate vendors. What they have in common is that we have run these systems ourselves and stay answerable for them after they go live.

You will find the specifics on the services page; here, what matters is that we keep the list short on purpose and are honest about where it ends.

The discipline of not doing everything

Saying no to work outside the things we do is part of how we keep them dependable. When a request sits outside what we do, we will tell you plainly and, where we can, point you to someone better placed for it.

That restraint costs us some projects. It also means the work you give us is the work we are genuinely equipped to carry.

The people behind the work

Zenith Tech Works was started by people who ran enterprise systems for a living.

Founder Zayeem spent more than a decade on the inside of that work — the payroll that had to run on schedule no matter what, the ERP that had to close the month. That experience is why we build the software and automation we wished we had.

Zayeem Ahmed Mohammed

Every company has that one system everyone is afraid to touch. It runs payroll, or it holds the inventory count, or it feeds the finance close — and nobody quite remembers who built it, but everybody knows the day it breaks, the business stops. Zayeem has spent over a decade being the person called when that system breaks. Not the vendor who sold it. The person who has to make it work again, with the business watching.

He started his career inside Oracle ERP implementations — the kind where the project plan looks clean on a slide and the reality is six months of data reconciliation nobody planned for. He learned early that the difference between a successful rollout and a stalled one is rarely the software. It is the integration nobody scoped, the data nobody cleaned, and the training nobody budgeted for. Over the years he moved from configuring systems to architecting them — designing the custom layer that enterprises actually depend on: the approval workflows, the automated interfaces, the reports the CFO trusts enough to sign the quarter with.

Somewhere along the way he also learned to build and lead the teams behind that work — because a system is only as reliable as the people who maintain it, and a rollout is only as honest as the person willing to say “this part is not ready” before the go-live date, not after.

At Zenith, Zayeem leads software development and ERP engagements. He is the one who reads your requirements and tells you which parts are real problems and which parts are process dressed up as technology. If your instinct is to rebuild something from scratch, he will ask you three questions first — and if the answer to the first one is “I’m not sure,” he will tell you to wait. He would rather lose a project than hand you one you regret.

Where we are

Zenith Tech Works Pvt Ltd is based in Hyderabad, India. We work with mid-market and enterprise clients here and abroad, and we are mindful of the obligations that travel with their data — India’s DPDP regime and the GCC’s PDPL frameworks among them.

Beyond that, the specifics are best stated plainly rather than dressed up. If it would help to know how we are set up to take on your work, the most useful answer comes from a conversation about what you are trying to fix.
